What You'll Be Doing: - Provide outstanding customer service and sale support to key customer locations - Quote spot buy opportunities to support emergent demands - Manage your assigned accounts by taking proactive and regular actions related to sales and account support - Help support 3PL just-in-time inventory management programs with key OEMs - Support the business by tracking shipments, maintaining orders, managing backlog, expediting in bound shipments and troubleshooting delivery issues - Assist in the inventory monitoring and replenishment process Work Arrangement: Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership What We Are
